How often will we meet?

Weekly for 45-50 minute sessions. Bi-weekly and monthly appointments are available based on individual needs.

How much are sessions?

I utilize a community support model and I am able to offer sessions from $0 - $350. Please click the “Free Consultation” link for current availability.

Do you take insurance?

I do not take insurance. I can provide you with a monthly statement for reimbursement if you have out of network benefits.

Why don’t most therapists take insurance?

Insurance companies pay out as little as possible. Often a therapist can be workfor months with a client without pay for sessions while spending hours arguing on the phone and filling out paperwork.

Insurance companies can come back, retroactively, and require the therapist to pay back all of the money they received from the insurance company.

I’d rather spend my time and energy working with people. I understand that some people absolutely have to use insurance. If you are struggling to find someone feel free to email me and I will see if I can help you find a therapist that works for you and takes your insurance.
